Lazcon is a Melbourne based construction company, with a strong emphasis on client collaboration and an inherent focus on quality design & innovative construction methods. We are a multi-disciplinary team who loves the challenge of high-end architectural residential builds, both new homes or additions and renovations, and are highly skilled in small scale commercial builds and structural rectification works. Our incredibly broad understanding of building processes means that, although small, we have incredible scope when it comes to more challenging briefs and we relish complex earthworks, basements and detailed, architectural schedules! We are meticulous and detailed when it comes to fine tuning the actual construction methods required for achieving the best architectural outcomes for client and consultants and are incredibly proud to deliver exceptional spaces for each and every project we undertake

Mark’s understanding of construction is deeply rooted, having been brought up around building sites & working within so many facets of construction as a young man. His willingness to challenge himself in his younger years has allowed him to successfully undertake a diverse range of projects across a broad field from hospitality refurbishments such as Brunettis in Faraday St & the City Square, to Commercial developments iand multi-residential build, approaching each project with diligence, and a depth of understanding only experience can provide.
From concept and planning, through to design, implementation and completion, Mark can analyse, detail and construct to exacting standards and quality. and has been translating his skills into more complex architectural residential builds in the last 10 years

With a background cemented within the decoration and design industry, from Product Development for major retailers, running her own design business to managing a young family and the operations of her husband’s growing construction business, Jacquie has been intimately involved in all facets of the company including tendering, contractual & OH&S processes, procurement of materials, finishes and product and closely communicating with suppliers, subcontractors, architects and clients throughout the course of the build

Lazcon Builders specialise in rectification work, often involving highly technical procedures. Work completed in this area requires significant planning and a skilled knowledge of building practices. It is not uncommon for many builders to view this work as ‘too hard or ‘too complicated’ but Lazcon revel in the challenge of providing often simple solutions to what many consider impossible rectifications.
